Crackhead in the neighborhood
The miniature "micro" ziplock is a dead giveaway that the environs will soon reveal a crackhead in the midst. So what does this say about crackheads? Perhaps they are ecologically irresponsible. Perhaps there is a tear shed by Iron Cody for every errant dopebag dancing in the wind. So much beauty.
