Rats
See the Rat Video (Not for the squeemish)
This is a video of my neighbor's pool this spring. We had to call the Health Department(Many Times). Here's a sample dialog with my Neighbor who by the way, is a complete idiot.
Me: You're feeding the ducks and the rats.
Idiot Neighbor: But I don't feed rats, I feed ducks.
Me: The rats don't care.
Idiot Neighbor: I don't have any rats.
Me: Are you blind?
